Trigger Point Therapy - $80.00 per hour  (Therapy is usually 1 hour with a limit of 2 hours)

                                                        

 

Swedish Massage- $70.00 per hour   (Therapy is 1 hour and a coupon of $20.00 off is available)

 

 

Emergency Out-call Service- $80.00 per hour + $20.00 travel fee

                                             ( +$1.00 per mile outside the Quad Cities area)

 

Each person is evaluated and assessed and therapy is provided according to individual needs.  We reserve the right to decline service due to contraindications that may create harm if the procedure is performed.  Inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your service.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

​Payment:  Due upon completion of therapy (cash, checks, and major credit cards are accepted)
Returned checks:  $35.00 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds.
Cancellations:  If you can not make your appointment, please give 24 hr. notice so someone else may have it.

Insurance:  Massage Therapy may be covered under insurance plans provided it is prescribed by your doctor.  Payment for

                     this procedure is due upon completion of therapy, and a receipt will be provided for your insurance claim.
